Kia Kapci has been involved in the home building industry since childhood. As the daughter of a custom home builder she developed an early passion for watching homes grow from the foundation to the finishing touches. Professionally, she worked in Phoenix as a market manager for the Phoenix New Homes Guide, and in Chicago, coordinated industry specific newsletters with a focus on real estate and construction.

In addition to her love of homes she has always had a passion for finance and wealth management. Kia worked for a private client wealth management company in Chicago, where she received her series 7 and 63 licenses. She understands the need to preserve and accumulate wealth to ensure an enjoyable lifestyle well beyond retirement.

Melding her passion for wealth management and love for homes, Kia carefully assists homeowners through the steps of selling and navigates buyers through the neighborhoods of Placer & Sacramento counties in search of their perfect home.
